If you provide training or bookkeeping support, you can log into your customer's computers from anywhere in the world and fix their problems remotely! Your customers don't have to install software, purchase licenses, or learn complex procedures.

PRICING MATRIX

* Per Seat License is defined as per computer. If you have 3 people using 1 computer that is 1 seat. If you have 3 computer with 1 person per computer that will need to connect to a client that is a 3 seat license.

Service Includes:

1. Technical Support - for your staff and your customers as needed. As long as the support needed is within the scope of RemoteCPA™ we will not charge you or your client.
2. Free Upgrades - you will receive free upgrades for the life of your contract. As we continue to develop RemoteCPA™ you will receive free updates and upgrades.
3. Modifications - we will make modifications to RemoteCPA™ as needed. We have a 24 hours turnaround time on any modifications you need.
   • For example:
     • If you hire a new Accountant or if one leaves your company we will add or remove your Accountant connections as needed.
     • Want to change the logo that appears in RemoteCPA™.
     • Support phone number change.
     • Etc...

Setup Fee Includes:

1. Private Labeling - Customizing the user interface to reflect your company name, style & brand.
2. Installation - Installing & setting up RemoteCPA™ on every computer you will be using in your office or home office. Including staff home or laptop computers.
3. Training - One hour of training, covering every step from start to finish.
4. Firewall configuration - If you are using a firewall we will configure it so that RemoteCPA™ can access your internal computers. If your not using a firewall we highly recommend you do, just as a measure of general security.
