The First-Aid Kit is a network documentation manual structured around your configuration The configuration kit is a data warehouse of vital information regarding your network. Your data warehouse can be used to discover problems or trends, track warranties, and store any other piece of information important to enable you to quickly recover from a network disaster.
The kit is designed to help you answer the following questions:
- Your Internet connection is down. Do you have the phone number and account info your ISP's support department needs to address your problem? By the way, your sales representative left the company six months ago.
